We hand-pick all items for your order, therefore every item is inspected before shipping. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are unhappy with your order please get in contact and we will see if anything can be arranged.

Lost / Damaged Packages:
Since the pandemic shipping around New Zealand can be delayed, please allow seven working days, however, if your package is lost or arrives damaged please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate.

At Cone Hill Soap we are not medical or health care professionals and do not claim any positive or negative effects on any health and medical conditions.
All our products are handmade, cut and labelled by us, therefore size, share and designs do vary. All products are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We have an online stock system, however, if a product happens to be out of stock we will contact you straight away to sort a solution. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
If you create an account with us you are able to see past orders and save your addresses and card details. Please note we cannot see any of your passwords or card details. It is up to the user to keep passwords confidential and Cone Hill Soap cannot be held responsible if your account is hacked.
To make a purchase you do not have to have an account and can continue under a guest account.
